The Effect of the Appreciative Inquiry Method on Improving a Sense of Community Among 2021 IFoP Members

A sense of community is very important for the management an organization. It can help maintain continuity organization and proactive attitude its members. Based on results a pretest conducted 21 IFoP administrators 2021 period, it was found that four had low three community. These seven received intervention in form appreciative inquiry method to increase their The research design used this quasi experiment with one-group pretest-posttest design. posttest modified measuring instrument called Sense Community Index-2 from McMillan & Chavis. Meanwhile, stages proposed by Cooperrider, Whitney Stavros. showed there difference level after compared before. Wilcoxon test carried out scores subjects significant result p-value 0.018 (< 0.05). these results, be concluded community.
